N\u00eb pik\u00ebn 1 t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit nen parashikohet se: \u201cQiradh\u00ebn\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar q\u00eb gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb qiras\u00eb ta mbaj\u00eb objektin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb kryej\u00eb riparimet e nevojshme\u201d. \u201cAi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t&#8217;i kompensoj\u00eb qiramarr\u00ebsit shpenzimet q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen e objektit, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ishte i detyruar t&#8217;i b\u00ebnte vet\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rregullisht dhe <\/strong><strong>Mir\u00ebmbajtja e investimeve<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nga dispozitat e cituara, kostot e mir\u00ebmbajtjes s\u00eb rregullt, si p.sh pastrimi i rregullt i pron\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrrimi i llambave etj. Bien mbi qiramarr\u00ebsin.
